Welcome to Tachyon Broadband. By subscribing to or using our broadband or OTT-related services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms ensure transparent, fair, and reliable service delivery to all our customers across Lucknow, Kanpur, and Barabanki.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue the use of our services.

Service Overview

Tachyon Broadband provides high-speed fibre internet through monthly, quarterly, and annual prepaid plans. Each plan’s speed, validity, and data limits are clearly stated on our official website and communication channels.

All our plans are prepaid, meaning the payment must be made before service activation or renewal.

Payments & Billing

All broadband plans are prepaid.
Taxes (GST) are charged additionally as per Government norms.
Installation or setup charges may apply and vary based on your location.
Failure to renew a plan before expiry may result in temporary disconnection until payment is received.
Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Tachyon in writing.

Plan Validity & Renewals

Each plan has a validity period as mentioned at the time of purchase.
Standard plan validity: 30 days.
Customers may renew manually or enable auto-renewal where available.
Plan benefits, including speed and data allowance, reset upon renewal.

Speed, Usage & Fair Usage Policy

All speeds mentioned are in megabits per second (Mbps).
“Unlimited” plans are designed for residential users. Redistribution, resale, or commercial usage is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

Uploaded and downloaded data both count toward your plan’s total usage under the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). For detailed usage thresholds, please visit our Fair Usage Policy.

Installation & Equipment

Installation is subject to feasibility at your location.
Standard installation charges may apply.
Equipment (such as routers or ONTs) supplied by Tachyon remains the company’s property unless stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for maintaining equipment in good condition and returning it if services are discontinued.

OTT Subscriptions

Tachyon Broadband partners with selected OTT platforms for bundled subscriptions.
Tachyon is not responsible for content quality, functionality, or availability on these third-party platforms.
No refunds will be provided in case of dissatisfaction with OTT content or access.
Tachyon reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw OTT offers without prior notice in line with TRAI or DoT regulations.
All OTT logos, icons, and brand names are protected trademarks of their respective owners. Tachyon displays them only for promotional purposes and does not claim any ownership.

Modification of Terms & Plans

Tachyon Broadband reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any plan, offer, or term at any time without prior notice.
Any such changes will be updated on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these updates.

Service Limitations & External Factors

Internet speeds are measured up to our ISP node. Actual Wi-Fi performance may vary due to:

Router placement or proximity
Network congestion
External interference or environmental factors

Tachyon will make every reasonable effort to ensure consistent connectivity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in all conditions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow.
